Every year, a fire is lit at the Hartkaiser mountain station in Ellmau to intensify the power of the sun and ward off evil from humans and animals. At 1,550 metres, you have a particularly impressive view of this flaming spectacle. On a clear day, you can also admire the majestic peaks of the Wilder Kaiser.
