Don't worry - we will pamper your taste buds during lunch and in the afternoon... actually for the whole day of skiing.
Modern cross-over cuisine is guaranteed to suit every taste! If you are in the mood for culinary enjoyment beyond just the hut classics, then you have come to the right place. Of course, you can also feast on Kaiserschmarrn pancakes here.
In the evenings - with the exception of special events – the kitchen on the mountain is closed, but in the Tirol Bar & Grill restaurant right at the valley station of the Hartkaiserbahn lift, the kitchen crew is busy conjuring up mouth-watering specialties in the evenings.

Gourmet Chef Michael Kolm visited the Kaiserlounge kitchen team
September 13 & 14, 2023 - The Kaiserlounge serving restaurant at Hartkaiser recently had the pleasure of welcoming renowned gourmet chef Michael Kolm as a guest on its kitchen team.
Michael Kolm, who has already been honored with numerous awards and two toques for his outstanding culinary creations, contributed his expertise during an exclusive workshop. Together with the Kaiserlounge kitchen team, he developed new flavor combinations and refined existing dishes to offer guests an even more memorable culinary experience.
At the end of 2 inspiring days, the newly learned was perfectly implemented on Thursday evening at an exclusive 6-course surprise menu in sequence.
